The Jimi Hendrix Experience - Axis: Bold As Love (Remastered) Album

Containing some of rock's hottest masterpieces, the Axis: Bold as Love album is Jimi Hendrix at his most sublime. Although this album is underrated, it contains some of Jimi's best balladry ("Little Wing," "One Rainy Wish") And as usual, the guitar work is just unbelievably fantastic ("Castles Made of Sand"). Further, if Hendrix had recorded only one song, and that song was "Axis Bold As Love," he'd still be in the pantheon of guitar gods. This album did not get the critical appreciation it deserved when it was first released, which is a shame because it really boasts some stellar Hendrix.
